Delete your My Star Seed account and data

In the app

Open My Star Seed and sign in.
Go to Command Center, then Delete account, and confirm.

Cannot open the app?

Write to mystarseedapp@gmail.com from the email you registered with, with the subject "Delete Account". We will process the request as soon as possible.

What is deleted

Your profile, dreams and intentions, Light Essence economy, cards and avatars, usage limits, article comments, associated purchase tokens and your sign-in account.

What is kept

A minimal deletion record (account identifier and date) to prevent abuse; purchase records kept by Google Play; backups and Google Analytics/Crashlytics statistics are removed in the normal cycles of Google.

Important

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
