1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is José Yoban Rodríguez González, operating as Y Seed Studio (Mexico). Contact: mystarseedapp@gmail.com.

This policy covers the app My Star Seed: Starseed Origin (also known as "Mi Semilla Estelar") and the website mystarseed.app.

2. What data we process

• Account: email address, alias or name and, if you sign in with Google, that account identifier.
• Profile: date of birth (to calculate your results) and gender (optional, to choose your avatar). We do not ask for birth time or birthplace.
• What you write or choose: dreams, intentions and decrees, notes, article comments, test answers and results (for example your lineage).
• App usage: progress, Light Essence and its history, cards, missions and mini-games.
• Subscription: if you have Plus, its status and dates, and a hash of your Google Play purchase token. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical: installation identifiers, Android model and version, crash reports and usage statistics.

3. What we use it for

• Create and maintain your account and show your results, cards and progress.
• Manage your Plus subscription and verify purchases with Google Play.
• Prevent abuse and protect the service (for example, usage limits).
• Fix errors and improve the app using usage statistics.
• Answer your support requests.

4. Artificial intelligence: dream interpretation

Dream interpretation (a Plus feature) uses artificial intelligence. When you request it, our server sends Google (Gemini model) the text of your dream, your alias, your lineage, your active intentions and your language, and returns the interpretation. Answers are automatic, may contain mistakes and are for entertainment and personal reflection only.

Do not use this feature for data you do not want to share with Google: we recommend not writing health data, data about other people or sensitive information. We do not use your texts to train our own models; processing by Google is governed by Google's terms and policies.

Guide Lyra does not use artificial intelligence: her answers come from the app's own knowledge base.

5. Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract), for our legitimate interest in security and improving the app, and with your consent where needed (for example, notifications). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use these providers, all from Google: Firebase (authentication, database, storage and functions), Google Cloud, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Billing (payments) and the Gemini model (only for dream interpretation). We may disclose data if a competent authority legally requires it.

7. International transfers

Google servers may be located in different countries, including the United States. By using the app you accept that your data is processed outside your country under those providers' safeguards.

8. How long we keep it

While your account is active. When you delete it we remove your data from our active systems (see section 9); backups are removed in their normal cycles. We keep a minimal deletion record (account identifier and date) to prevent abuse. Purchase records are kept by Google Play, and Google Analytics and Crashlytics statistics follow Google's retention periods.

9. How to delete your account and data

In the app: Command Center → Delete account. On the web: delete-account page. By email: write to mystarseedapp@gmail.com from the email you registered with.

This deletes your profile, dreams and intentions, your Light Essence economy, your cards and avatars, your usage limits, your article comments, the associated purchase tokens and your sign-in account. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it first in Google Play.

10. Your rights

Depending on your country (GDPR in the EU, LFPDPPP in Mexico, LGPD in Brazil and other laws) you can request access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection and restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. Write to mystarseedapp@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

11. Children

The app is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Security

The Google services we use encrypt data in transit and at rest, and we use authentication and server-side functions for sensitive operations such as verifying purchases or deleting accounts. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Spiritual content: important notice

My Star Seed offers spiritual and symbolic content for entertainment, reflection and self-exploration. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, it does not diagnose or treat any condition and it does not guarantee results. Terms such as "stellar DNA", "activation" or "frequencies" are symbolic and do not refer to real biological, genetic or medical processes. If you have a health concern, consult a professional.

14. This website

mystarseed.app uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (which may use cookies) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies). If you visit from Europe we ask your permission before loading Google Analytics and Tag Manager; you can decline and keep browsing.

15. Changes and governing law

If we change this policy we will update the date and, when relevant, tell you in the app. It is governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to the consumer rights you have in your country.
